バスでのご利用方法
AOPASSをICカード読み取り機にタッチするだけで簡単にバスをご利用いただけます。
SuicaやSuicaと相互利用可能な交通系ICカード、モバイルSuica、モバイルPASMOもご利用いただけますが、AOPASSの独自サービス「バスの定期券のご登録」「交通ポイントサービス」「福祉乗車サービス」はご利用いただけません。

※「PASMO」は株式会社パスモの登録商標です。
乗車時
AOPASSを乗車口にある読み取り機にタッチしてください。※整理券は不要です。
「正常にタッチできた場合」
「ピッ」と音がなります。そのままご乗車ください。
「正常にタッチできなかった場合」
「ピー」とブザーがなります。もう一度タッチしてからご乗車ください。
降車時
AOPASSを運賃箱の上にある読み取り機にタッチしてください。（運賃を自動的に差し引きます。）
複数人でご利用の場合はAOPASSをタッチする前に乗務員にお申し出ください。
※各種福祉乗車証をお持ちのかたは福祉乗車証を上にしてAOPASSといっしょにタッチしてください。
「正常にタッチできた場合」
「ピッ」と音がなります。そのままお降りください。
「正常にタッチできなかった場合」
「ピー」とブザーがなります。もう一度タッチしてからお降りください。
「残高不足の場合」
チャージ（入金）または、不足額を現金でお支払いください。全額を現金でお支払いいただくことも可能です。
ご利用時の注意点
- ご乗車の際は、必ずAOPASSを読み取り機にタッチしてください。タッチし忘れた場合、運賃の自動精算が行われません。
- 乗車時にタッチし忘れた場合は、降車時に乗務員へ乗車停留所をご申告ください。
- 定期入れなどで複数のICカードを重ねた状態でタッチすると、正しく読み取らない場合がございますので、1枚でご利用ください。
How to Ride the Bus
Riding the bus is simple! Just touch your AOPASS to the card reader.
Suica, other IC cards that are compatible with Suica, Mobile Suica, and Mobile PASMO can be used for the bus but cannot be used for AOPASS exclusive services such as bus commuter pass registration, the transportation point service, and welfare rides.

When Boarding the Bus
Please touch your AOPASS to the reader located near the entrance of the bus. *You do not need to take a numbered ticket.
[If your AOPASS was scanned correctly]
You will hear a short beep. Please continue to board the bus.
[If your AOPASS was not scanned correctly]
You will hear a long beep. Please scan your AOPASS again before boarding the bus.
Getting off the Bus
Please touch your AOPASS to the reader located on top of the fare box. (Your fare will automatically be deducted from your remaining balance.)
*Passengers who have a verified welfare bus card (Fukushi Joshashou), please place your card on top of your AOPASS when scanning your card.
[If your AOPASS was scanned correctly]
You will hear a short beep. Please exit the bus.
[If your AOPASS was not scanned correctly]
You will hear a long beep. Please scan your AOPASS again before exiting the bus.
[If the remaining balance of your AOPASS is insufficient]
Please pay the remaining amount with cash or by charging your AOPASS. It is also possible to pay the full fare in cash.
Please be careful of the following when using AOPASS
- Please make sure that you touch your AOPASS to the reader when getting on the bus. If you forget to scan your card, your fare cannot be automatically paid.
- If you forgot to touch your AOPASS to the reader when boarding the bus, please tell the driver at which stop you boarded when you get off.
- Please scan your AOPASS only. If you scan your AOPASS with other IC cards underneath, your AOPASS may not be read correctly.
