LEVELアップる is a 'mail magazine', or online newsletter, which began in August 2010 and is written by the British and Korean CIRs at Aomori City Hall. It is sent out twice monthly and is aimed at Japanese citizens of Aomori wishing to learn more about foreign cultures and language.

Anyone is free to subscribe and more information on all of Aomori City's mail magazines along with details on how to subscribe can be found here.
